No LUCKY winners for Group 1 Prize of $682,267.00 and Group 2 Prize of $268,711.00 for this draw. This is the 2nd time in 2011 without Group 1 and Group 2 Prize Winners. SingaporePools likes to fire long missle from 07 to 29 again. This is almost a 3rd Frame Frequency missile which seems more difficult to intercept. Furthermore, the first number roll out was 45 which kills more than 80% of the sold tickets to be Group 1 Prize winners. With such a 3rd Frame Frequency missile and 1st roll out number 45, while watching the draw, I told myself, the Group 1 Winners must be very very very LUCKY to win this game.

Today, new week, Monday, and school children return to school after a week break and Japan Earth Quake plus the nuclear plant issues are under control. Hope we will have a good game. The GE fever is gearing up now and I believe today we can achieve something.

Applying 1st level filter, we have 25 numbers :

After applying the 14 Filtering numbers, we have 4 numbers 07, 29, 31, 45 because 38 was filtered off.

Please take note that the 1st level of filtering can achieve almost 70%, so I may not expect 100% for this draw which means that there might be 1 or 2 or even 3 numbers can roll out from the 14 filtering numbers.

The Filter can achieve more than 70% only. On the average is above 80%. Therefore, there is still rooms for improvement.
